Visionic Timeline

The development of Profen Visionic Monitor, Control and Management System began in the mid-2000s to meet the need for monitoring and control systems for TV Uplink ground stations, into which Profen was making system integrations. With the updates and upgrades made over time, a very powerful, flexible and user-friendly system has emerged.

One of the most important features of monitoring, control and management systems is that they are alive and have  been constantly updated since from the beginning. Likewise, the variety of monitored systems is rapidly increasing , the computers on which the application operates are changing, and the  habits and needs of users or operators are changing. The Profen Visionic system has also been updated in line with all these trends and has even undergone structural changes

In fact, the client-server system, which originally could only work on MS-Windows based  computers, has transformed as part of the “Gen-2 coded project” and to become more platform-independent, browser-based and accessible from all Windows, Linux and Unix devices including Android and IOS, thus has transformed into a modern system. This transformation has taken  Profen Visionic from areas such as  management of TV/Radio ground stations, VSAT Hub stations, Headend and Data centers, where it is very successful and has 10s of successful installations, to IoT, such as facility management, building management and smart city applications, (Internet of Things) which carries it into broader application areas.
